Waiver Certificate – CTN/BESC/FERI/ASHI

Africa Shipping Logistics is a duly Authorized agent to issue and facilitate ECTN/BESC/CTN/FERI/ASHI for the following  cargo destinations in Africa: Burundi; Cameroon; Central Africa Rep; Chad; Congo Republic; DRC; Ghana; Guinea Bissau; Ivory Coast; Kenya; Libya; Mali; Niger; Nigeria and Senegal

The following copy documents are required to facilitate the ECTN/BESC/CTN/FERI/ASHI application, issuance and validation:

– Bill of Lading
– Freight Invoice from the shipping line
– Commercial Invoice (Indicate the Commodity HS Code)
– Packing List
– Guot (TI Number) Only for cargo destined to Congo
– Incoterms used
– Full consignee’s contacts (including email address)

In case of any additional documents, we shall ensure that you are much informed well in time so as to avoid any delays in waiver validation

We ensure that the waiver certificate is issued with 1-2 working days so as to ensure smooth facilitation of your shipping documents so as to avoid any penalties due to late documentation.

The waiver/Visa charges varies with the container size; type or kind and also cargo kind i.e Bulk; Loose; Roro or General cargo
